Review, update, and enhance HR and Administration policies, SOPs, and processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery to ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and industrial relations practices.
Oversee the payroll function to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with government legislation, Acts, and local authority regulations to ensure accurate and timely preparation of HR Sustainability Reporting, statutory submissions, and internal HR analytics and reports.

Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures. Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues. Coordinate and conduct applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security number verification.
