Ensure close follow up on claims submission to insurer and claims settlement (cheque will need to be sent out to clients within 48h).
Work closely with insurers, loss adjusters, lawyers, etc. on claims and negotiate for claims to be reimbursed fairly and timely to clients. Upon receiving of the settlement, we will then explain to clients on the basis of the settlement.
Prepare and provide weekly / monthly claims activity / review / analysis reports, bordereaux, and claims logs, etc.
