What You'll Do: The role involves troubleshooting complex production issues, enhancing system performance, and ensuring the stability of mission-critical banking applications. Key Responsibilities: Provide L3 production support for core banking applications related to Investment & Wealth Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and functional issues Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams and business stakeholders Develop and deploy bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements Monitor system performance and ensure high availability Maintain documentation for incidents, solutions, and system changes Support database-related troubleshooting and optimization (MS-SQL) Required Skills: Strong experience in .NET development Proficiency in SQL and MS-SQL database management Hands-on experience in L3 support (incident management, debugging, RCA) Experience working with Investment & Wealth systems (mandatory) Familiarity with Windows and open systems environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge or experience in Wealth Management domain Prior experience in Core Banking environments Exposure to performance tuning and system optimization
