This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist, located in Kuching. The Pharmacist will dispense medications, provide consultations to customers, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations. Responsibilities also include collaborating with healthcare providers, conducting health screenings, and providing medication therapy management.

Control and monitor all transactions ( Inbound & Outbound ) of all controlled drugs such as PD , DD & PSE to ensure full compliance to Poison Act & Regulations .
Lead Operations Team in pharmaceutical waste destructions and product recall processes to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements .

You will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team intervening in acute or chronic diseases to maintain current health, and promote patients' well-being. You will identify and resolve drug-related problems as well as recommended appropriate drug therapy to ensure safe and effective drug distribution and outcomes. These include active participation in regular inpatient clinical rounds and/ or ambulatory care clinics, as well as dispensing medications and counselling patients on their medication treatment. You will also communicate timely and accurate drug information, and provide education to the general public, patients, students, and fellow healthcare workers on matters pertaining to safe and effective medication use. In addition, you will also be involved in research efforts in clinical areas.
