Operations Management: Oversee daily showroom activities, ensure a professional and welcoming environment, and coordinate smoothly across internal teams. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations; and provide ongoing coaching and development. Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, manage restocking activities, and ensure efficient handling of product orders and showroom replenishment. Business Growth: Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and provide actionable, data-driven insights for future expansion. Requirements Retail Management Expertise:.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing a home furniture retail showroom, preferably with exposure to bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture.
