Job Description: - Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates. - Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, while ensuring confidentiality. - Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other employment-related documents. - Monitor employee attendance, leave, and maintain accurate HR records. - Assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation and document collection. - Coordinate staff training sessions, meetings, and company events. - Handle general HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. - Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, overtime, and leave information. - Respond to basic employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. - Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the management.
