Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers, promote our products, maintain an attractive store environment, and support daily retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, prices, promotions, and offers.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or payment methods accurately.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing store duties.
• Perform other retail-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Basic computer/POS system knowledge is an advantage.
