RJD Machinery Hiring! Full Time Mechanical-Fabrication Engineer in Perak, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Documentation: Develop, interpret, and maintain highly detailed engineering drawings and schematics.
• Fabrication Strategy: Determine and specify the optimal fabrication processes, techniques, and materials required to manufacture mechanical components efficiently.
• Client Collaboration: Liaise directly with clients to thoroughly understand their technical needs, project specifications, and desired outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality control reviews on manufactured parts, troubleshooting defects, and initiating effective corrective actions when necessary.
• Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and mentor a production/project team to execute jobs according to client specifications, including conducting critical on-site visits and field inspections.
• Project Management: Oversee project schedules and workflows to ensure all engineering and fabrication deliverables are completed safely, on time, and up to standard.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with proven experience preparing detailed technical drawings for fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively engage with diverse clients and internal teams.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage projects, guide on-site teams, and take ownership of technical challenges.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for quality control and continuous improvement.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
