KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and monitor overall safety and security operations within the company premises.
• Ensure compliance with relevant DOSH/JKKP and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety and security inspections.
• Identify potential safety and security risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure emergency equipment, exits and safety facilities are properly maintained.
• Monitor contractors and visitors to ensure compliance with company safety and security procedures.
• Maintain proper safety, security and incident records.
• Liaise with DOSH/JKKP, Bomba, Police and other relevant authorities when required.
• Prepare regular safety and security reports for management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to be based in Genting Highland (Hostel Provided)
• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Safety Management, Security Management or related field.
• DOSH/JKKP recognised qualification or relevant safety competency certification is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in safety and security operations.
• Knowledge of Malaysian safety, security and statutory requirements.
• Able to conduct inspections, investigations and prepare reports.
• Able to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is an advantage.
