The Product Manager is responsible for developing and leading strategic product plans to drive business growth for assigned healthcare brands across pharmacy retail and e-commerce channels. This role manages 1 million product portfolios, sales performance, and cross-functional alignment to achieve growth targets and maximize market potential.

Portfolio Management (1 million sales)

• Oversee assigned product brands, ensuring strategic positioning and adapting plans based on market shifts, opportunities, and customer insights.

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business strategies to increase sales and market share in pharmacy and e-commerce channels.

Sales Performance Management

• Track monthly product sales performance and ensure strategies are aligned to meet or exceed quarterly sales growth targets, adjusting tactics as required.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and deliver reports to senior management covering market insights, product performance, forecasts, risks, and competitor activities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, R&D, regulatory, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure product readiness, effective distribution, pricing strategy, and timely launches.

Innovation & Growth Opportunities

• Identify opportunities for product improvement, new product development, business partnerships, and category expansion to increase portfolio competitiveness.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
