Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section.
• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation and portion control.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and ingredients.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly used and maintained.
• Work closely with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Willing to be based in Genting Highland (Hostel Provided)
• Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a kitchen or hotel environment.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of Halal and food safety requirements is an advantage.
