Accounts Payable (AP)

• Prepare and process supplier payments according to the approved payment schedule.
• Check and verify supplier invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure payments are processed on time to avoid delays in operations.
• Record and maintain supplier bills and payment transactions.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation and monitor outstanding balances.
• Manage and maintain payment reports.
• Verify additional charges and ensure they are properly supported and approved.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices, payment status, discrepancies, and outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end closing and audit requirements when required.
• Maintain proper and organized AP documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Experience:

• Finance: 1 year (Required)
• Accounts payable: 1 year (Required)
