Mandarin Client Services Associate – Global Project | WFH

Looking for a remote opportunity where you can use your Mandarin communication skills?

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Client Services Associate to join our global project. In this role, you will communicate with clients, understand their needs, provide timely support, and help ensure a smooth overall service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through live chat, email, and other online channels.
• Respond to client inquiries in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
• Assist with account, service, and general client-related requests.
• Understand client concerns and provide suitable solutions based on established procedures.
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure they are properly resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case updates.
• Provide a professional and positive client experience throughout every interaction.
• Follow company policies, workflows, and service standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Basic to good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, client support, BPO, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, chat platforms, and online tools.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
