Oversees daily dining operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction within a hotel's food and beverage department. Experienced in banqueting would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house daily tasks, coordinate with the executive chef, and manage table reservations.
• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule shifts, and conduct daily briefings for service teams.
• Guest Relations: Greet guests, ensure high satisfaction levels, and handle feedback or complaints promptly.
• Financial Control: Monitor budgets, track daily revenue, control food and beverage costs, and manage inventory.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, hygiene, and workplace safety rules
