Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the company’s Halal certification and compliance.
• Ensure food, ingredients and suppliers meet Halal requirements.
• Maintain Halal-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with JAKIM on Halal matters.
• Conduct regular Halal inspections and follow up on any non-compliance.
• Coordinate Halal training and awareness for employees.
• Assist during Halal audits and inspections.
• Ensure all departments follow Halal procedures and requirements.
• Perform other duties related to Halal compliance as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Willing to be based in Genting Highland (Hostel Provided)
• Diploma/Degree in Halal Management, Food Science, Hospitality or related field.
• Knowledge of JAKIM Halal requirements.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and with different departments.
• Experience in hospitality/F&B is an advantage.
