Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers at the services and ticketing counter in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Issue tickets, receipts, and relevant documents to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints appropriately.
• Assist in preparing daily reports and counter-related documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the counter area.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements

• Willing to be based in Genting Highland (Hostel Provided)
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
