Job Description:

• Interpreting and implementing engineering designs and plans on construction sites
• Overseeing and coordinating the work of construction crews and subcontractors
• Monitoring site progress, identifying and resolving issues, and reporting to project managers
• Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Conducting site inspections and maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborating with the engineering and design teams to find innovative solutions to technical challenges
• Providing on-site guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects

Job Requirement:

• A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety protocols
• Willing to travel (100%) to Semenanjung Malaysia.
