Preferred work experience and skills requirements:

1) 3 years of progressive experience in sales or marketing.

2) Good negotiation and presentation skills.

3) Familiarity with ERP systems and ISO requirements.

4) Interpersonal skills: communication, collaboration, adaptability.

5) Organizational skills: time management, problem solving, attention to details.

Duties and responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

1) Identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned markets.

2) Manage customer accounts and maintain relationships.

3) Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements, subject to Manager approval.

4) Hit target sales after first month of probation.

Marketing and Promotion

5) Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

6) Conduct customer visits and follow up on enquiries.

Order and Contract Management

7) Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales orders.

8) Ensure accurate order entry in ERP system.

9) Track and update customers on order status and delivery.

Reporting and Analysis

10) Prepare sales reports, activity logs, and performance tracking.

11) Monitor competitor activity and report to Manager.

Coordination and Communication

12) Liaise with QA, production, and logistics to ensure customer requirements are met.

13) Escalate major customer issues to Manager.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
