Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Assign rooms, public areas and other cleaning duties to housekeeping team members.
• Monitor room status and coordinate with Front Office for room readiness and updates.
• Ensure proper handling and availability of linen, cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items and other concerns to the relevant department.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• Willing to be based in Genting Highland (Hostel Provided)
• Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work under pressure and handle operational issues effectively.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
