Alpro Physio is expanding, and our next chapter starts in Lobak, Negeri Sembilan.

This isn’t a role where you simply walk into an existing centre and follow what has already been built.

We’re looking for a Senior Physiotherapist who wants the opportunity to build a centre from Day 1 — shape the team, establish the culture, grow the patient base, and become the face of physiotherapy care in the local community.

Your Mission

As the Physiotherapist In Charge, you will:

• Build and lead the new Lobak physiotherapy team

• Deliver excellent clinical care while developing the team’s clinical standards

• Grow the centre through community engagement, referrals and partnerships

• Work closely with Alpro’s wider healthcare ecosystem — pharmacists, doctors, dietitians and other healthcare professionals

• Develop young physiotherapists into confident clinicians and future leaders

• Take ownership of the centre’s performance — clinical, people and business

We’re Looking for Someone Who…

Is a strong physiotherapist — but wants to become more than just a clinician.

Someone who enjoys building people.

You may already be leading a team today, or you may be a high-potential senior physiotherapist ready for your first real leadership opportunity.
