Job Title: Account Executive

Reporting To: Financial Controller

Location: Genting Highland, accommodation provider

Working Hours: Mon-Fri (normal working hours)

Job Purpose:

• To assist the Head of Department in managing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions of the company.
• Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Monitor creditors/debtors listings and monthly aging reports for management submission.
• Monitor reports and reconciliation schedules for payables/receivables.
• Verify invoices and payments for accuracy before final approval.
• Assist in monthly and yearly accounts closing.
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements and projections.
• Monitor customer accounts for payment issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform daily and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in full set accounting with E-invoice knowledge and audit (experience in an audit field is a plus).
• Computer literate; knowledge of SQL Accounting software is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must stay updated on government rules and regulations affecting accounting procedures.
• Must continuously equip oneself with necessary skills and knowledge to remain productive and efficient.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
