Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Financial Consultants. In this role, you will help clients identify their financial protection needs, provide suitable financial solutions, and build long-term relationships through professional consultation.

No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and career development will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial consultations to understand clients’ financial goals and protection needs.
• Recommend suitable financial and takaful solutions based on clients’ objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist clients throughout the application and policy servicing process.
• Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Participate in company training, workshops, and professional development programs.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Malaysian citizens aged 21 and above.
