We’re looking for a Business Development & Client Services Associate to join our Labuan-based team, supporting clients and business activities across the US, UK and Canada.

This is an entry-level friendly role focused on research, lead generation, documentation and day-to-day business operations. You’ll learn how international businesses identify opportunities, manage information and use digital tools to support growth.

You don't need to be a salesperson. We’re looking for someone who is curious, organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Research companies and identify potential clients in the US, UK and Canada
• Build and maintain lead lists using Google Sheets and Excel
• Conduct online research and gather relevant business information
• Organize documents, records and client information
• Track leads, follow-ups and ongoing tasks
• Assist with local administrative and business coordination
• Support the team with research, operations and ad hoc projects

What We're Looking For

• Currently residing in Labuan, Malaysia
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
• Good at finding and organizing information online
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in admin, research, customer service or business development is a plus
