User Relations Specialist | Mandarin Speaker | Work From Home

Job Description

We are looking for a User Relations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our remote support team. In this role, you will engage with users, provide assistance, and ensure a positive experience by delivering efficient solutions and professional support.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with users through chat and online support channels.
• Respond to user inquiries regarding accounts, services, and platform usage.
• Assist users in resolving issues and provide clear guidance.
• Ensure user requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Record and track user cases for better follow-up.
• Contribute ideas to enhance user satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Strong command of Mandarin (speaking and writing).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in Customer Support, User Experience, Online Support, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling digital platforms and online services.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a Work From Home setup.
• Have own laptop/computer with reliable internet connection.
• Flexible to work on rotating schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
