Mandarin Client Services Associate – Global Project | WFH

• Communicate with clients in Mandarin through online channels.
• Understand client needs and provide practical solutions.
• Handle enquiries and follow up on outstanding cases.
• Keep client interactions clear, helpful, and professional.
• Adapt to a fast-paced international working environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Can communicate confidently in Mandarin.
• Has basic to good English communication skills.
• Has experience in customer service, client support, or BPO — an advantage.
• Is comfortable working with computers and online systems.
• Can manage tasks independently while working remotely.
• Has a personal laptop/computer and reliable internet.
• Is flexible with working schedules when required.
