Job Description:

• To provide a clean and functional centre by maintaining the building and all the electrical, mechanical and equipments in the centre.
• To assist the Facilities team and outsourced service contractors in maintaining, servicing and repair of all plants and equipment in centre including planned preventive maintenance.
• To work closely with any external service providers as required, i.e. lifts, air-conditioning, electrical etc.
• To monitor, maintain and troubleshoot problems with the building facilities systems to ensure proper operation including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, safety etc.
• To supervise the work carry out in public areas of the building as to minimize disruption, risk and inconvenience to co-workers, visitors and tenants
• To monitor the expenses and assist management in the cost reduction
• Follow up, communicate and take appropriate actions on the agreed KPI‘s within our area of responsibility.

Requirement

• SKM or Higher. Must be holder of "Low Voltage competency certificate from ST
• Able to read & write Bahasa Malaysia and & English
• Minimum 8 years of industrial maintenance experience with 2 years of experience (1 year in low voltage synchronizing of generator and 1 year in low voltage aerial line).
• Troubleshooting M&E knowledge
• Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC will be added advantage.
