About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused E-Commerce Admin & Online Customer Service Executive to manage our Shopee and TikTok Shop stores. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our online store operations — keeping our product listings accurate, orders running smoothly, managing live/affiliate activities and keeping customers happy every step of the way. What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce administration, online retail, or customer service.
• Prior experience managing Shopee Seller Centre and/or TikTok Shop Seller Center is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop LIVE selling, affiliate/creator management, or Shopee Live is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools such as Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent written communication skills; able to multitask across chat platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure when handling customer concerns.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends/peak sale periods such as 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 (Commensurate with qualifications & experience)

E-Commerce Administration (Shopee & TikTok Shop)

• Upload, update, and maintain product listings including descriptions, images, pricing, variations, and stock levels on Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Monitor inventory across both platforms and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to prevent stockouts or overselling.
• Process and track orders on Shopee and TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment within platform SLAs.
• Manage returns, refunds, exchanges, and disputes in line with company policy and each platform's guidelines.
• Coordinate with TikTok Shop affiliates/creators and manage sample/commission requests where applicable.
• Track shop performance metrics such as Shopee Penalty Points, TikTok Shop health score, response rate, and fulfillment rate, and take corrective action to stay compliant.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, orders, and customer service metrics across both platforms.

Online Customer Service

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Shopee Chat and TikTok Shop chat/comments, keeping within platform response-time targets.
• Handle order-related questions, complaints, and after-sales support with a positive, solutions-first attitude.
• Provide accurate product, shipping, and promo information to customers.
• Moderate and respond to product reviews, ratings, and livestream comments.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve products and service.
• Maintain a friendly, brand-consistent tone across all customer touchpoints.
