Job Descriptions

• Engage walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend the right motorcycle based on budget, usage and preference
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across our motorcycle inventory including features, specifications and pricing
• Build genuine customer relationships that drive repeat purchases and referrals
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and after-sales concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain showroom presentation standards to ensure a welcoming and professional environment
• Stay current on industry trends, new models and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities, events and campaigns

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, motorcycle or retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers
• Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to close sales
• Basic understanding of the motorcycle industry is an advantage but not mandatory — we will train the right person
• Ability to work on shifts including weekends
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
