Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

  • Support retail outlets to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Lead, train, motivate and develop retail staff

  • Improve customer service and outlet performance

  • Support sales and marketing activities to achieve growth

  • Manage manpower allocation and staff performance

  • Monitor stock levels and operational requirements

  • Conduct regular store visits
