Job Summary

• Overall in-charge of Safety, Health & Environment management of the hospital.
• To plan, develop, improve and update the Safety Policies and Procedures, where necessary
• Ensure compliance to MSQH Standard 2 audit requirement or any other standards by relevant regulatory and certification bodies.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and HIRARC to identify hazards and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
• Monitoring & checking on site for safety & security requirement.
• Conduct and implement safety programs to promote awareness and safety culture including fire and emergency evacuation drills.
• Liaise with relevant authorities such as DOSH/JKKP, BOMBA, MOH, DOE and local authorities on safety and regulatory matters
• Monitor occupational hygiene, cleanliness, housekeeping, biohazard and clinical waste management.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly safety reports, audit reports and incident reports as required.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

• At least diploma / degree in Health & Safety or other relevant study
• Possess certificate of Safety and Health Officer certificate
• Minimum 1 year working experience
