Responsibilities
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs.
- Placing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory levels to maintain efficient operations.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure the best terms and pricing.
- Maintained accurate records and documentation related to all procurement activities include import and export activities.
- Ensured proper documentation and compliance with customs and import/export requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Experienced in handling customs and import/export procedures, with good knowledge of shipping documentation and customs requirements will be an advantage.
- Possess Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and cost optimization strategies.
- Proficient in Mandarin is essential as you need to communicate with Taiwan HQ teams.
