Shop Assistant/Cashier

Requirement:
Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
Able to operate POS system.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
Positive attitude, able to work in team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule..

Working Days & Hours:

• Working days: Monday to Sunday
• Off days will be scheduled by the supervisor
• Working hours (weekly rotating shifts):
• Week 1: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Week 2: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Shift schedules rotate on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Keep learning relevant kitchenware knowledge.
• Serve customer and processing sales transactions.
• Issue cash sales and invoices.
• Arrange, organize, and label merchandise in shop.
• Restock goods.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Benefits:

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
