Assistant Manager – Fitness Centre

This role plays a key part in overseeing a diverse range of facilities, including the Fitness Centre, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Padel Court, and Kids Room, while curating innovative programs for guests, members, and corporate client

Key Responsibilities

• Support the seamless day-to-day operations of the Fitness Centre, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Padel Court, and Kids Room, ensuring alignment with Hyatt brand standards
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Fitness Instructors, Lifeguards, and Pool Attendants
• Design and deliver innovative activities for in-house guests, enhancing their overall stay experience
• Plan and execute tailored team-building programmes for corporate clients
• Initiate and coordinate associate engagement and wellness activities
• Drive exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and resolving concerns with care and efficiency
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and facility presentation
• Support financial performance through cost control, productivity, and resource optimization
• Assist in marketing, promotions, and member engagement initiatives
• Champion compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and Hyatt operational standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, wellness, or fitness operations
• Strong leadership presence with a passion for guest experience
• Ability to create engaging programmes for diverse audiences
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and service excellence
