Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare and issue invoices, payment documents, credit notes, debit notes, and other
• accounting-related documents.
• Assist with e-Invoice processing and documentation in accordance with LHDN requirements.
• Assist in preparing documents and supporting schedules for audit and tax purposes.
• Assist with HR-related tasks, including payroll processing and employee onboarding.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.

Other Duties

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SPM, Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL Accounting and Payroll is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently.
