  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, inventory planning, logistics or warehouse operations; experience in F&B, retail or other fast-moving multi-site environments is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment and stock-out prevention.
  • Able to manage warehouse/logistics personnel and handle operational or disciplinary issues with appropriate judgement and firmness.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, ownership-driven working style; able to follow matters through to closure without repeated reminders.
  • Confident in dealing with suppliers and able to challenge pricing, quality, delivery commitments and service levels when required.
  • Strong Excel and data-analysis skills, with the ability to interpret stock, usage, lead-time and cost information.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and documentation discipline.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for coordination with Malaysia operations and international HQ teams in Taiwan and Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day Supply Chain function, covering inventory planning, replenishment, warehouse operations, logistics, delivery operations and supply continuity.
  • Develop and monitor demand forecasts, safety-stock levels, reorder points and replenishment plans to minimise stock-out risk while avoiding unnecessary excess inventory.
  • Proactively identify potential shortages, delivery delays, capacity constraints and other supply risks, and put contingency plans in place before outlet operations are affected.
  • Manage supplier performance in relation to delivery reliability, quality, cost and responsiveness, and challenge suppliers when commitments or service levels are not acceptable.
  • Oversee local and overseas ordering, shipment schedules, import/export arrangements, customs clearance and regulatory documentation.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, inbound and outbound planning, route coordination, delivery schedules, space utilisation and inventory accuracy.
  • Supervise Supply Chain, warehouse and delivery personnel, including work allocation, operational discipline, performance follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Establish, review and improve Supply Chain SOPs, controls, workflows and reporting to strengthen accuracy, timeliness, accountability and risk management.
  • Analyse inventory, usage, lead-time and cost data to support better planning, operational decisions and cost control.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments to support new product launches, outlet openings and other business requirements.
  • Provide timely management reporting and escalate material issues early, together with facts, options and recommended actions.
  • Drive follow-through on open issues and ensure agreed actions are completed without repeated Management reminders.
