• Proactive, target-driven and able to work independently.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with property developers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and stakeholders.

• Present company services and secure new project collaborations.

• Coordinate onboarding of new projects and ensure smooth handover to internal teams.

• Arrange and attend meetings, including follow-ups on proposals and agreements.
