• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Property.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Confident in client presentations and meetings.

• Good understanding of the property market.

• Strong follow-up, coordination and organisational skills.

• Proactive, target-driven and able to work independently.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with property developers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and stakeholders.

• Present company services and secure new project collaborations.

• Coordinate onboarding of new projects and ensure smooth handover to internal teams.

• Arrange and attend meetings, including follow-ups on proposals and agreements.

• Monitor market trends and maintain an updated pipeline of potential projects.
