Education

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant service or maintenance experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
• Able to work overtime or on weekends when required.
• Willing to work mainly at customer sites; engineers are not required to report to the office daily.
• Main working locations are Bukit Minyak and Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
• Key customer sites include Ibiden, Linstech, and AT&S Kulim.
• Overseas travel is expected approximately 1–2 times per year.
• Travel destinations may include Singapore, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam to support other branches.

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain company equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare detailed service reports after each site visit.
• Conduct equipment testing and calibration when required.
• Liaise with customers regarding service schedules and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain service tools, spare parts, and technical documentation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
