Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and execute all aspects of events to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries as a secondary contact to support client relationship management
- Organise and facilitate pre and post event meetings to align stakeholders and ensure operational readiness
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain records, accounts and documentation
- Document project processes and outcomes to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities assigned to support team objectives and organisational goals
Requirements
- Deliver high quality work consistently by demonstrating responsibility and strong attention to detail
- Manage event documentation accurately and produce concise reports using organised administrative skills
- Apply industry knowledge to inform event planning and execution for relevance and effectiveness
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients using strong administrative and presentation skills
- Collaborate as an effective team player and apply problem-solving skills to overcome challenges under pressure
- Minimum diploma holder, reflecting foundational knowledge relevant to service or hospitality industries
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in service or hospitality industry to support event or client management functions
