岗位职责

  • Plan, implement and execute all aspects of events to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries as a secondary contact to support client relationship management
  • Organise and facilitate pre and post event meetings to align stakeholders and ensure operational readiness
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain records, accounts and documentation
  • Document project processes and outcomes to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Take ownership of additional responsibilities assigned to support team objectives and organisational goals

    Requirements

  • Deliver high quality work consistently by demonstrating responsibility and strong attention to detail
  • Manage event documentation accurately and produce concise reports using organised administrative skills
  • Apply industry knowledge to inform event planning and execution for relevance and effectiveness
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients using strong administrative and presentation skills
  • Collaborate as an effective team player and apply problem-solving skills to overcome challenges under pressure
  • Minimum diploma holder, reflecting foundational knowledge relevant to service or hospitality industries
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in service or hospitality industry to support event or client management functions
