JOB SCOPE:

• Conduct recruitment according to the company's manpower requirements;
• Organize interviews, onboarding and promotions;
• Monitor and collect attendance records from all departments;
• Calculate employee salaries;
• Handle procedures for the recruitment of foreign workers and related foreign worker matters;
• Handle EP work permits and PVP technical passes for expatriate/assigned personnel;
• Liaise with human resources companies and manpower agencies;
• Organize employee training;
• Comply with factory SOPs and safety regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• MIN DIPLOMA
• Relevant experience in human resources management;
• Knowledge of payroll systems such as SQL Payroll;
• Diploma or higher qualification or equivalent;
• Familiarity with Malaysian human resources laws and regulations;
• Responsible, detail-oriented and a good team player.
