Location: Remote (Malaysia)

Working Hours: 5 days per week

Salary: Full-time position with a base salary of RM 3000 plus performance bonus each month

Areda Education SDN. BHD. is looking for a Sales-Focused Education Consultant who will be the first point of contact for parents seeking academic support for their children. You will handle inquiries, guide parents toward suitable classes, and ensure a smooth transition from interest to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to parents’ inquiries via phone and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
• Convert parent inquiries into confirmed lesson sign-ups
• Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales orders
• Handle withdrawal cases with empathy and persuasion to retain customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, though not responsible for daily co-ordination

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Positive, can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Enjoys interacting with parents and understanding their needs
• Able to respond quickly to messages and inquiries, as required in a sales role
• 5 working days per week, with flexibility to handle urgent inquiries outside hours
• Flexible working schedule, but must demonstrate high accountability and responsiveness
• Knowledge of the Singapore education system is a strong bonus
