• Position : Planning Engineer / Project Planner (Civil)
• Working Hours : 8am - 5pm (5.5 days/week)
• Location: Office-based - Iskandar Puteri (occasional site/survey visits)
• Salary: RM 4,000 ++(Based on Exp)

Job Scope

• * Prepare, update and monitor project progress schedules using MS Project / Excel
• * Track actual site progress and update progress reports (weekly / monthly)
• * Prepare S-Curve, look-ahead programme and progress dashboards
• * Follow up on drawings, submissions, approvals and project documentation
• * Coordinate with site team, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on progress matters
• * Attend site/survey visits occasionally to verify progress
• * Prepare meeting minutes, weekly/monthly reports and other project paperwork
• * Maintain proper filing and document control for all project records

Requirements

• * Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• * 2 years relevant experience (Junior)
• * Able to read and understand construction drawings and sequence of works
• * Proficient in MS Project and MS Excel
• * Strong in MS Word and report writing
• * Good communication and follow-up skills
• * Able to work in office, with occasional site/survey visits
• * Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project Planner (Civil): 2 years (Preferred)
