- Others such as projects/undertaking new roles/duties assigned by Management
Supporting the Head of Department to deliver an efficient and effective building management and facility services in Campus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the delivery of building management and facility services
- Manage and execute the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems / facilities / equipment within Campus
- Able to manage all aspects of building function and functionality of the facilities/services
- To lead and manage contractors/vendors and/or a team to upkeep the building through regular/routine inspection/maintenance and all regulatory compliances
- To manage defects and rectification to prevent/minimise disruption to the company core business
- To manage the team/building occupant/tenant/vendor and contractor
- Diploma / Degree in Building management or Building maintenance or any related field
- 5 years of working experience in building management / maintenance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory role is preferred
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of building statutory requirement
- Fire Safety certification, Green Mark Facility Manager/Green Mark Manager certification is preferred
