SALARY PACKAGE
English Speaker: RM2,100 – RM2,800
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian, 18 years old and above
- Minimum qualification: SPM / UEC / SKM Level 3 / SVM / IGCSE
- Good command of English
- Good computer literacy
- Able to work in a 24-hour rotational shift
- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends & public holidays
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound calls, live chat and emails
- Assist customers with general enquiries, complaints, comments and feedback
- Handle other customer issues related to the company's products/services
- Provide accurate information and professional customer service
- Strive to exceed customer expectations
- Work closely with the team to achieve required KPI & SLA
