HIRING NOW – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Working Location: Iskandar Puteri (Medini 9)
Employment Type: Full-Time

SALARY PACKAGE
English Speaker: RM2,100 – RM2,800

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysian, 18 years old and above
• Minimum qualification: SPM / UEC / SKM Level 3 / SVM / IGCSE
• Good command of English
• Good computer literacy
• Able to work in a 24-hour rotational shift
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends & public holidays

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound calls, live chat and emails
• Assist customers with general enquiries, complaints, comments and feedback
• Handle other customer issues related to the company's products/services
• Provide accurate information and professional customer service
• Strive to exceed customer expectations
• Work closely with the team to achieve required KPI & SLA
