• Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements based on construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
• Prepare and submit interim progress claims to the client or consultant.
• Check and verify subcontractors' payment claims against actual site progress.
• Assist in preparing variation order (VO) submissions and supporting documentation.
• Monitor material quantities, wastage and construction costs.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices and delivery orders.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and procurement personnel on project quantities and costs.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, cost summaries and payment documentation.
• Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in contractual administration, cost control and commercial reporting.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
