Able to communicate with the project team in Mandarin and effectively lead foreign workers.

Must have own transportation and be able to report to work according to the agreed schedule.

Candidates with experience in construction sites, team leadership, or worker coordination will be given priority.

Willing to be transferred to other projects in Northern Malaysia upon completion of the current project. The location and employment package will be discussed separately.

Conduct daily roll calls, record attendance, group workers, and assign tasks.

Lead foreign workers and handle discipline, disputes, and on-site issues.

Communicate with the on-site project team in Mandarin and convey work instructions.

Coordinate workers’ meals, daily living needs, and medical arrangements.

Submit daily site reports and refer salary-related issues to the company’s HR department.
