Job Responsibilities

• Provide safe, holistic and patient-centred nursing care in accordance with hospital policies, nursing standards and professional ethics.
• Perform nursing procedures, administer prescribed treatments and maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation.
• Monitor patients' conditions, identify abnormal findings and promptly report to doctors or consultants.
• Assist doctors during ward rounds and medical procedures.
• Ensure proper shift handovers and continuity of patient care.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control and a clean, safe ward environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, hospital training and accreditation activities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
