Education

• Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or an equivalent field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in retail support, SOP management, and talent management.

Additional Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good financial management and analytical skills.
• Proficient in relevant technology and digital tools.
• Strong personal management skills, including confidentiality, multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.

Main Purpose

• Make sure all outlets have the right people, processes, standards, tools and knowledge to operate well and consistently.

Connect HQ and Outlets

• Make sure information from HQ reaches the outlets clearly, and problems and feedback from outlets reach HQ.

Manage SOP and Retail Standards

• Create, maintain and improve the correct operational guidelines for all outlets.

Standardise Outlet Operations

• Set clear standards for store appearance, customer service, sales, staff behaviour, stock handling and daily store routines, and ensure all outlets comply.

Develop Retail People

• Build, develop and monitor the skills of Area Managers, Outlet Managers and Sales Assistants, creating clear competency and career development standards for these positions.

Manage Training and Certification

• Ensure employees receive appropriate training, on-the-job coaching, performance assessments and certifications.

Support New and Upgraded Outlets

• Make sure new or renovated outlets are ready to operate with the right people, training, SOPs, stock, systems and customer experience.

Manage Stock Health

• Set appropriate inventory targets, ensure adequate stock, monitor slow-moving stock and maintain product availability.

Lead Digitalisation and AI

• Use and fully utilise all technology and AI tools to make retail operations easier, faster, more consistent and less dependent on manual work.
